New Bosch wipes fitted... now can see clearly!

Showed her off at Santa Pod at the BMW Show...

BBS CH alloys back on again.... sourced another set.
Also detailed the car with a DA polisher and menzerna kit. Took me 6 days but she came out gleaming.

De-cat exhaust finally added and also gave her an oil service and did the oil breather, fuel filter and cleaned the air filter. Adjusted the hand-brake and gave it a once over.

Changed the front bulbs to Phillips Power Extreme (main and side lights).

Front wishbones changed aswell and track rod ends.

Had the rear arches rolled back professionally by archenemy... they were excellent..




Got enough clearance for the 19's and suspension now....

Bit of an update... didn't bother with the Angel Eye's.. wanted to keep the OEM look and will update the bulbs to Phillips Power Extreme..

Had a bit of a steering wobble.. went to get tracking done.. identified that front wishbone bushes were shot... had these replaced.. had tracking done AGAIN.. still pulled to the right.. deflated tyre.. corrected tyre pressure all OK...

Mid-service Oil change done with oil filter..

Purchased De-Cat exhaust.. had some issues with fitting.. returned and got the next version with upgrades/enhancements.. waiting to be fitted..

Private plate on... will proabablt stay on the car for good....

Looking for suspension idea's/upgrades to tighten up the handling..

Oh.. and I've bought another set of 19" BBS CH to go on the car... yipee!

Angel eyes have arrived and my dual action machine polisher...

Just finished detailing the motor... took me two days.. day 1 wash.. dry.. clean.. clay and then super resin polish... day 2.. Autoglym HD wax.. interior valet.. alloys.. and she looks the business!!

Good job the sun is out..

Had a little noise coming from the exhaust.. one of the backets had broken... just needed welding again and job done.. all ok.

on another note.. been using millers diesel sport 4.. makes a proper difference!

Just an update...

Car's been behaving fine.. it's a relief that diesel prices have come down.. but as BP Ultimate Diesel is only £1.00.. I'm filling her up with the special juice.. MPG is still around the same 35-37.. but car does give you more throw into your seat when you plant it!

Traction control is amazing in the vehicle.. especially with tricky weather lately... water pipes for washer jets sometimes froze up a bit.. but still just enough power to spray most of the windscreen!

Possibilites up next.. Sports Cat... remove the last part of the restrictive exhaust.. and modify the air intake to reduce restrictions...
